Our Methodology

  • Functional Movements: Common types of everyday movements such as squatting, running, jumping, lifting/carrying objects, climbing, throwing, etc.  
  • Constant Variation: We strive to be competent in any possible task or challenge that could come our way. You never get bored because every workout is different and challenging.
  • High Intensity: Intensity = Power output during a workout. The more power output you can develop during a workout, the more fit you can become.
  • Universal: Anyone can do it! Our coaches will help you scale movements so that they are still challenging for you.

No matter where you are on your fitness journey, we have a program that will help you get in the best shape of your life. 

Nutrition

You can't out-exercise a bad diet. Nutrition is the foundation of the fitness pyramid, and is a vital component in achieving your health, weight and performance goals. We've worked with a registered dietitian to develop an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness.

Personal Training

If you prefer a one-on-one environment, this is great for you. We will tailor the sessions based specifically on your goals and schedule them at times convenient for you. Also, if you want to accelerate your progress in a certain area, 30 minute sessions will put a laser focus on ways for you to improve.

CrossFit

Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. This combines both strength and conditioning in one workout.

Sweat

High intensity boot camp style training that will get you in shape. Simple, effective, and easy to learn exercises that are perfect for beginners!
