All of our classes are guided by a coach that will help improve your technique and tailor the workout to best fit your needs. Interested in a combination of classes and one-on-one? The Hybrid (Platinum) plan may be for you.
If you're new to CrossFit, or if you want to refresh your skills, you will go through one of our 6 week startup plans, and then transition to a monthly plan.
Monthly prices are based on recurring, month-to-month memberships with autodraft. One of our start-up packages is required before attending CrossFit classes, unless you have 3 months of prior CrossFit experience. To learn how to get started, schedule a No Sweat Intro.
Who Is CrossFit For?
The best part about CrossFit is that it is designed to be universally scalable. This makes CrossFit the perfect fitness program for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Every person needs some sort of physical capacity, whether it be to compete in sports, to serve and protect, or to carry groceries into the house. Our soldiers, skiers, mountain bike riders and stay-at-home parents have all found their best fitness from the same regimen.
