Do I need to be in shape to start?

No! The exact opposite is true. We all have a starting point, no matter where that is. We work with all kinds of people in all kinds of shape, which is an enormous source of pride for us. We will help you get started and achieve things that you never thought were possible!


How often should I attend?

We recommend that you do some kind of high intensity training at least 3 times per week to see results. We have classes or open gym every day so while it is possible to do that, we recommend taking at least 1-2 rest days per week. We know your busy, so we have convenient class times to allow you to attend enough times to achieve your goals.


What's with all the flags?

We hang flags around the gym to represent the countries and US states where our members are from. If you don't see yours, please let us know and we'll get one up! This gym belongs to our members, and we want all of our members to feel at home. We also like to show how we came from so many places to end up on this fitness journey together.


Can I come in and do my own workout?

We have open gym hours where you are welcome to do that. We're sorry, but we don't allow personal programming during classes except on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you need to do this.


Do you have childcare?

We do not offer childcare services, but we do have a designated area for children to hang out in while their parents workout. You are responsible for monitoring your children during training sessions, but we have made it as easy as possible by providing a TV and a comfortable, climate controlled area for them.


I heard that your workouts are too challenging for someone like me.  Is that true?

No! One of our favorite quotes is this:  “If you think you can or you think you can’t, either way you'll be correct.”  The person who told you it's too challenging for you might not be up for the challenge, but you’re probably reading this because other options have failed you in the past.  One of the beauties of our programs is that they are infinitely scalable, which means that our experienced coaches can tailor any workout to meet your current level of fitness.


What should I expect at the "No Sweat Intro?"

This is a 15-30 minute session to talk about your fitness background and goals, and then figure out which of our nutrition and fitness programs are the best fit for you. There's no workout, and it's a great way to get sense of how welcoming our members are! Schedule one today!


Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Our memberships are on a monthly basis.


Do you have discounts?

No. We want to provide the best service possible, offer the best equipment, and keep the best coaches. Discounts don’t allow that and we know everyone wants quality first when it comes to their health. Discounts would make us have to try and cut corners, so in good conscience we can’t do that to your health and well being.


Will I get bulky?

This is another myth. Our nutrition programs combined with our workouts will get you stronger and leaner, not bulkier.
