We limit our class size to 12 athletes. We do this to ensure that every member is able to take advantage of our top notch coaching. This is safer and allows you to make better progress because you get more individual attention rather than being lost in the crowd. Read more about this.
All of our coaches are at least CrossFit Level 1 trained, and most have more than one certification. No matter what level you are, we will challenge you to get better. Beyond the basic CrossFit qualifications, our coaches have advanced training in olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strongman, CrossFit kids, and mobility. There is a system behind our workouts that, combined with the coaching and other elements of our program, will advance all facets of your fitness. Our workouts are programmed by a CrossFit Games regional competitor, so you are training like a regional competitor. Our weekday workouts are typically designed through a 6 to 8 week cycle alternating in intensity and types of movements. In between programming cycles we will do testing so you can measure your progress and set new goals. Each workout is designed to be scaled to your level so that you're challenged to be the best you can be.
