This class is required for those new to CrossFit. We drill the technique so that you can be successful in regular CrossFit classes.
If you want to accelerate your progress, one-on-one personal training sessions will put a laser focus on ways for you to improve. Weight loss, skill development, and strength improvement are all good reasons for PT.
