What is CrossFit?

  • Functional Movements: Common types of everyday movements such as squatting, running, jumping, lifting/carrying objects, climbing, throwing, etc.  
  • Constant Variation: We strive to be competent in any possible task or challenge that could come our way. You never get bored because every workout is different and challenging.
  • High Intensity: Intensity = Power output during a workout. The more power output you can develop during a workout, the more fit you can become.
  • Universal: Anyone can do CrossFit! Our coaches will help you scale movements so that they are still challenging for you.
